We are very happy that we worked with Scott Lawson. When we first contacted Scott, we had no idea what our options for buying our first home would be, if any. Scott analyzed our situation and helped us discover what the best option was for us (FHA in our case) and the optimal roadmap of how to get there. He patiently educated us along the way and was always available for more questions and guidance. Additionally, in our case, something came up at the last minute for us personally that motivated us to get our loan funded slightly ahead of schedule. I asked Scott and he made it happen...we were funded the very next morning!

At this point I have worked with Scott Lawson for three loans. One purchase (which he was a total rock star and helped us through all of the craziness of purchasing our first home) as well as two re-finances of said home. Scott is amazing and dedicated to his clients. I always feel like he is on my side and will tell me like it is (something very important when you are talking about money!). I refer absolutely everyone to him—especially if they are not sure that they can afford a home. Why?
